This perk will see limited use, as having advanced radiation sickness is never a good thing. Head back up to Moira to receive a new park, Rad Regeneration, which allows you to regenerate your limbs when you are severely irradiated. The simplest way to complete this part is to head down to the bomb in Megaton and drink the water repeatedly until you hit 600. Contract 200 rads worth of radiation sickness.Snide, the last response in each of the missions will result in a critical chance increase, which is probably the best choice, second only to endurance.Endurance responses will lead to you getting a bonus in defense rating.Intelligence answers will grant you a bonus to science and medicine at the end, up to a bonus of +6 each.The Normal Answer (first response) will give you a bonus to hit points, up to a maximum of fifteen.I recommend you gain 50 Science as you gain levels from this quest because the third chapter has a quest that will be impossible to complete the optional part without 50 science. How you answer and whether you finished optional objectives determines the strength and type of perk you get at the end of this quest chain. You will have three quests to choose from the start on the first chapter, there are a total of three chapters totalling nine quests.
