Plus, as we're never ashamed to mention whenever possible, Bloodlines is based on the Half-Life 2 Engine, which is also known as the Source engine, but since most poeple still don't know what the "Source" engine is off-hand, we have to say "Half-Life 2 Engine!!!" in this loud, booming voice. The new game, to be published by Activision, offers gamers a chance to meet with a number of upsetting creatures, any of which would prove to be scarier (and therefore cooler) than any ideas you might come up with. Today we've got much better ideas for you courtesy of some concept art from Vampires: The Masquerade: Bloodlines, which will be heading to store shelves next year. Sure, it'll be hard to stop work on your planned costumed homage to the Electric Company's Easy Reader, but you have to trust us when we say it's all for the best. Since no one wants to see you reuse last year's terrifyingly lame Periodic Table costume (much less the previous year's unsettling Busty Zombie Pirate Wench outfit), Activision and IGN are presenting a few new ideas that are just as scary and not nearly as ironic. Well, kids, Halloween is just around the corner and we know you're having a hell of a time picking out your costume.
